Flowers-in-Cages Weave
Flowers-In-Cages is a variation of the Byzantine weave and also part of the European family of maille. These particular pieces of jewelry are named for the three interconnected rings, called “Moebius Balls” or, more commonly, “Flowers”, that are enclosed in the inverted links, called “Cages”. This unique construction allows for very dense, intricate and beautiful necklaces and bracelets.
