Our shipping and returns policy reflects this pride in our craft. We use the highest grade Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, and neoprene rubber and guarantee the product you buy for life.

If your product begins to fade, return it to us.

If your product breaks, return it to us.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your product or feel that it has not met the above standards, return it to us.

Under all these conditions we will replace the product to the same specifications, unless you require otherwise. Valor Artisans uses Paypal for all purchases and USPS for all of its shipments. Your item will arrive to you within 14 business days from the date of construction. The construction time of each product will vary; i.e. jewelry will normally ship same-day, whereas large pieces, such as bikinis, will take longer to construct and therefore to ship.
